If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 4 days from the receipt of your merchandise to contact us via email for a return authorization code and return address. No packages will be accepted without this number clearly written on the outside of the package. We reserve the right to not send any future order to any person our returns department deems to be abusing our return policy.

After the shipment is received and processed you will be refunded your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. You will not be refunded any shipping charges and we do not accept C.O.D. returns.

An item which is returned flawed (we do not ship flawed items) will not be accepted and no credit will be given. Contact De Pa for any assumed flaws and please note that the uniqueness of the dying and painting process creates irregularities, these are not flaws.

Please note that it can take up to two billing cycles for a refund to reflect on your card but you will be notified by email when the refund is posted to your account by our office.
